  1. Replacement Eligibility

We understand that sometimes you may receive an item that doesn't meet your expectations. If you wish to request a replacement for an item, please review the following eligibility criteria:

The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The request for replacement is made within 7 days of the delivery date.

The item is in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

To initiate a replacement request, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support at care@kashmirorganicnuts.com to request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide detailed information about the issue, including your order number and the specific item(s) you wish to replace.

Our customer support will guide you through the process and provide any necessary forms or instructions.

If the replacement request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item(s) for replacement.

 

  1. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for replacement. If the item(s) qualify, we will process the replacement within 2-3 business days and ship the new item(s) to you.

 

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow the replacement process outlined above. We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) to assess the issue.

 

  1. Exclusions

The following situations are not eligible for replacements:

Normal wear and tear of items.

Items damaged after they have been used or worn.

Intimate apparel, swimwear, and personalized items (due to hygiene and customization reasons).
